  • How long does the mosquito protection for the Cutter® Eclipse™ Device last?
Each refill bottle provides up to 40 hours of protection – that's a lot of outdoor time! In a new refill, the liquid will be about half full in the bottle – don't worry, that's completely normal and is the correct amount of liquid to provide up to 40 hours of mosquito protection. We also have images on our product page online that show the standard fill line for refill bottles, which can be helpful in visually assessing whether your refill is full. As for the device, when fully charged, the battery lasts for up to 5.5 hours.
  • How do I know if my Cutter® Eclipse™ device is working?
This device is designed to provide invisible area mosquito protection. It takes as little as 15 minutes for the diffuser to warm up and create an odorless zone of protection. Please make sure the refill bottle is properly inserted in the device and monitor the fill level of liquid inside the bottle. If you no longer see any liquid, it's time for a new refill. Please note that you will not see a plume, hear sounds, and are unlikely to smell anything when the device is working. You'll know your device is turned on when the power indicator light is activated. Additionally, the device provides a 110-square-foot zone of protection, so please ensure that you're staying within this radius for effective mosquito protection. If weather conditions are windy, this may affect the 110-square-foot zone of protection.
